From now on, Anarchitects on Meta Quest enables you to unleash your imagination. Create your own mini-games effortlessly, even without any coding expertise.
Today, Squido Studio from Canada has launched Anarchitects, a sandbox game that can be played for free on Meta Quest 3, Quest 2, and Quest Pro. This game offers a wide range of options with around 200 distinctive components and customization choices. You have the opportunity to play and build alongside a maximum of ten friends simultaneously.
You can design your own mini-games effortlessly using a drag-and-drop system, even without any coding background. You have the flexibility to personalize and control gravity and physical components. One noteworthy aspect is the smooth transition between various game modes, eliminating the need for loading screens.
The studio has future plans to offer fresh objects and features in themed seasons through regular updates. An upcoming update will introduce a medieval theme, including new gameplay elements like sword fighting and shields.
Anarchitects provides various options for movement systems. Along with a style influenced by “No More Rainbows” and Gorilla Tag, which relies on arm movements, it is also possible to use joystick controls, or a combination of both. While the game can be played for free, there is the option to purchase cosmetic items with more than 300 possible combinations.
During the initial release phase, players of Anarchitects will be rewarded with a special gift within the game as encouragement.
