Resolution Games is launching Home Sports, a mixed reality experience that includes five sports along with optional local multiplayer, in December.
The creators of Demeo, Racket Club, Spatial Ops, and Blaston have announced the launch date for Home Sports: The mixed reality title will debut on December 11, 2024 for Meta Quest 3S and 3. Previous headset models will not be compatible.
Home Sports features a blend of pickleball, hockey, bowling, mini golf, and badminton, all tailored to fit within your gaming space.
This mixed reality game includes a single-player career option, online multiplayer capabilities, and Wii Sports-style local play for families and friends using multiple Quest headsets.
While there are numerous VR sports games available, there are very few designed specifically for mixed reality. Resolution Games demonstrated last year with Racket Club that mixed reality sports are effective and enjoyable. Home Sports does not display Quest’s boundary system, allowing players to engage and move freely within their home environment.
You can now add Home Sports to your wish list through the Horizon Store. The cost is $20.
